Using transfer services to/from official event hotels /only/, upon arrival and departure ensures a safe and comfortable meeting and trip.

Booking details
Book and provide travel information via the registration link at least 4 weeks before arrival/departure. Transfer service will be guaranteed by a full prepayment to CME Ltd.* of the amount due for the service. Individual /one person/ and shared transfer /more than one person/ service will be available. Shared transfers may incur a little waiting time at the airport.
In case you book a shared transfer, but finally remain a single passenger, then a supplement payment for individual transfer would be required.
Cancellation:
Transfers can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before arrival with a refund (bank charges deducted).
